Native Tiers refers to the characters who are Tier-2 or Tier-3 naturally from the beginning.
These characters already have their Tier-2 passive skill when acquired (Sentry’s Ultimate Skill is unlocked when ranked up to 6★). These characters can be identified by the fact that they have the Tier-2 or Tier-3 badge on the top-left corner of their character icon, despite them not being level 60 nor having full 6 star rank and mastery. They are generally stronger than commonly obtainable characters, but they are not viable for combat until they achieve proper leveling, so don't expect immediate good results after obtaining one.
