Native Tier-2 refers to the characters who are Tier-2 naturally from the beginning.
These characters already have their Tier-2 passive skill when acquired. These characters can be identified by the fact that they have the Tier-2 badge on the top-left corner of their character icon, despite them not being level 60 nor having full 6 star rank and mastery. Native Tier-2s are generally stronger than commonly obtainable characters, but they are not viable for combat until they achieve proper leveling, so don't expect immediate good results after obtaining one.
