Bio

In a grim future where most of the mutants have been murdered, Bishop creates a police force, the X.S.E., to ensure that any crimes committed by Mutants are handled by others of mutantkind. Despite the fact that he can never return to the future, Bishop goes back to the past in pursuit of criminals, eventually joining the X-Men.
